Typical loan terms I offer

• 15.00% - 24.00% interest rate.
• Minimum loan size is $1,000.
• Maximum loan size is $1,000,000.
• No pre payment penalty.
• 3 to 5 year amortization.
• NO! points for your loan!
  

This is all common sense stuff. No bank red tape.
I do NOT need your fingerprints,
nor will I ask for the last 48 quarters
of financial statements...

All the fine print

• I will require a credit check. (I will obtain.)
• I will require a background check (but poor background does not automatically disqualify you)
• I will need a current income statement. (Paycheck, bank statement or other is ok)
• I will need a current schedule of all monthly expenses
  (It's ok to hand write this)
• I will need a current schedule of all debts and the amount you pay on each.
  (If your income to debt ratio is 50% or less, including with this loan, I will probably lend to you.)
• You must tell me why you need the loan and how you plan to repay me.(What is your Exit Strategy?)

What I don't do

I cannot make any loan if your debt to income ratio is 50% or higher.

Other than that, you very well could be good to go.

Tired of hearing "no?"

Corporate borrowers are ok, but I will need a personal signer on the loan.
As long as you have a purpose and an "doable" exit strategy to pay me back, I am happy to make a person to person loan.

How do we proceed?

This will give you a good idea as to whether or not you qualify. Within the first 2 minutes you can determine whether or not we have a good "fit."

If you don't like what we have to offer, you won't waste much more than 2 minutes of your time.

We won't waste your time/energy/effort with a deal that has no chance of ever closing...

...Understand that my money is NOT for everyone, nor is it appropriate for every deal.

I am NOT interested in every deal. I do not have unlimited funds. It is my own private money, if your deal makes sense, then let's proceed.

If your deal doesn't fit my guidelines, I will tell you (by email or phone) as soon as I make that determination.

1. A standard loan applicationon the individuals
2. Net Worth Statement
3. Most recent tax return
4. Any documentation that would help me make a lending decision
5. Fax or email these items to me

The Loan in Process

I would issue a Letter of Intent based on the facts of your application.

Once you sign and return the Letter of Intent, we take the next step.

I will order the credit check and background check which you will need to pay for ($125)

Once I have reviewed all your materials, I can often get you a check or money direct deposited to your account in 30 days or less from the time you review this website.
